To insure a smooth and fast buying experience please note these important instructions:
In order to ship a firearm, we must send it to the licensed dealer of your choice and it is the buyer’s responsibility to locate a dealer where they live to accept the transfer. Most dealers offer this service.
We must have a copy of the dealer’s license (FFL Copy) before we can ship to them.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact their licensed dealer and have them send us a copy of their license. We do not contact the dealers on behalf of the buyer. Your FFL dealer can email us a copy of their license or they can mail it to us.

If you are sending a USPS money order or bank certified check for payment, it is easier for us if you send the dealer’s license (FFL copy) with your payment.
You can let your dealer know that we automatically include a copy of our FFL license with the firearm.
In all instances, we require your dealer to include the order number and your full name with the license (FFL Copy) so we know what order the license pertains to.
Shipping insurance is optional at checkout. If a buyer (you) DOES NOT select shipping insurance at checkout, the buyer (you) are acknowledging that any item(s) purchased become(s) the buyer's (your) property immediately upon acceptance by the shipping company and, at that point, Red Circle Tactical is released from any responsibility for the buyers (your) item(s). If this policy in unacceptable, the buyer (you) must select and purchase insurance at checkout.
We ship fast, but due to order volume, orders can take up to 14 business days to ship or be ready for local pickup.
If we are shipping your order we cannot ship your firearms until we have received your FFL dealer's FFL copy.
Online Store vs Retail Store:
Our online prices are competitive with other online sellers and are set as low as we can go and everybody gets our lowest possible price at all times. As such, we do not offer price matching nor have any military or police discount (stores that offer this type of discount set their prices higher so that they can give you this 'fake' discount).
Our retail location prices may vary from our online prices and the best price will always be at our online store.
Not all the inventory you see listed for sale at our online store is available at our retail location. If you are local and desire an item, the best way to guarantee your item is to buy it at our online store and we will advise you when it is ready for pickup.

This return policy supersedes all other policies.
All sales are final.
All firearm sales are final. No refunds or returns. All new firearms carry the full manufacturer warranty and we are authorized resellers for the brands we carry.
In the unlikely event a new-in-box firearm requires repair, most manufacturers are eager to help you arrange for repair. Please contact them first. If you have any issues please let us know and we will help.
Be sure the item you want to purchase is legal in your state and you are legally allowed to own it as all sales are final. Check with local law enforcement in your area if you are not sure before buying. We will try to help you if you are unsure, but ultimately it is your responsibility to determine legality in your state. State laws can change very quickly and sometimes without notice making it difficult for us to track them.
Used guns are sold as is. No refunds or returns. All used firearms should be checked by a qualified gunsmith prior to firing.
Please note that we cannot permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. NFA items.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
Accessory sales are final with the exception of any errors on our part. Ultimately, we want you to be happy and, in some cases, where the wrong item was ordered we will happily help with an exchange for the correct item. If an exchange is approved all products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We have to be able to resell it as new.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier such as FedEX or UPS and either insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and do not insure and declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns (unless we made the error), as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
All of our products are in stock at either our physical store, at our warehouse or at one of our distributors. Keep in mind that in some rare instances, an item you ordered may be out of stock for various reasons beyond our control. We will advise you as soon as we realize there is an issue.

Price and description errors:
Due to order volume, our online inventory changes constantly.
Occasionally, an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. Please verify any item you are interested in purchasing prior to purchase especially if you are unsure.
We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price.
In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund/reverse the charge.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in its original and unopened condition and we will refund the customer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that Red Circle Tactical will be the final arbiter of any discrepancies.
By making a purchase from Red Circle Tactical the buyer agrees to have any firearm purchased checked by a certified gunsmith prior to use. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify that any firearm(s) purchased is/are safe to operate. As Red Circle Tactical has no means of testing firearms, Red Circle Tactical assumes no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold. Buyer agrees that all firearms are potentially dangerous, especially if handled improperly. Buyer assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition, use, security and storage of any firearm purchased.
Buyer agrees that purchasing a firearm from Red Circle Tactical that he or she is legally qualified to purchase and own a firearm and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership and the buyer will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. Buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns as well as a legal resident of the United States.
Upon purchase, buyer assumes all liability and responsibility including but not limited to the usage and storage of the purchased firearm as well as responsibility to read and understand the firearms owner's manual. Purchaser releases Red Circle Tactical and its officers from any and all liability associated with purchasing, use, and storage of the item(s) purchased from Red Circle Tactical.
The Buyer certifies that he/she is not restricted or forbidden by law to own a firearm and hereby unequivocally states that he/she:
Firearms such as handguns, rifles and receivers that are unclaimed/not transferred after 30 days are subject to a daily storage fee of $25.
NFA items such as Silencers, Short Barreled Rifles, Short Barreled Shotguns and AOWs that are held for more than 30 days without BATFE transfer paperwork submitted, are subject to a daily storage fee of $50. BATFE approved items must be picked up ASAP. Any of these approved items held more than 10 days is/are subject to the $50 daily storage fee.
NFA Machine Guns (MG) that are held for more than 30 days without BATFE transfer paperwork submitted, are subject to a daily storage fee of $250. BATFE approved items must be picked up ASAP. Any approved MG held more than 10 days is subject to the $250 daily storage fee.
Any item left over 90 days is subject to sale or surrender to the State Police.
FBI NICS DENIAL:
If you buy a firearm(s) from Red Circle Tactical and during the FBI NICS background check (at your dealer or our retail store) you are given a response of 'Denial', you cannot legally take possession of the firearm(s).
In all instances you cannot have a friend, relative or any other person transfer that firearm(s) on your behalf and then deliver it to you. This is a federal crime.
There are no refunds or returns due to a NICS DENIAL response. If you are DENIED you must arrange to sell the firearm(s) to your transfer dealer or make some other legal arrangement with that dealer such as a consignment sale.
