If you are a California resident, and are looking to purchase a handgun, it has be on the California 'Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale' list.
If you are unsure if the handgun you are interested in buying from us falls under the 'Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale', you may visit the California Dept of Justice site to search for guns on the roster by

Please note: That if the handgun is on the list and is packaged with magazines that exceed the capacity of 10 rounds, they will not be shipped with the handgun. Unfortunately, incorrect capacity magazines will not be replaced and must be purchased separately.
If you are purchasing an AR-15 or similar rifle or really any semi auto magazine fed rifle, effective 01/01/2017 new laws took effect that closed the 'bullet button' loophole. However, there are new AR-15 models out now called 'featureless' rifles and some of those are legal to ship to California (for now). Be sure to look for them at our webstore and, as the manufacturers start to release them into the market, you will see more and more of them for sale. You can also search our store for 'featureless' or 'CA compliant' and as items become available there will be more options in the results.
OTHER STATES WITH RESTRICTIONS:
