HOW TO BUY A SUPPRESSOR ONLINE

BUYING A SUPPRESSOR ONLINE IS ACTUALLY SIMPLE (THERE IS A BIT MORE PAPERWORK AND SOME WAITING), AND YES, WE SELL SILENCERS ONLINE EVERYDAY.

BUYING A SUPPRESSOR / SILENCER ONLINE, THE PROCESS EXPLAINED (SIMPLIFIED):

STEP ONE:
Locate the suppressor / silencer you want to buy at our online store and buy it.
Please follow THIS LINK to read more specific details about silencer ownership types (Individual, trust or corporation).

STEP TWO:
Choose your local FFL Class III / NFA dealer.
We cannot ship a silencer / suppressor directly to you. It has to be shipped to a local FFL dealer with an SOT (NFA / CLASS III).

STEP THREE:
We submit the BATFE paperwork to transfer the suppressor / silencer to your chosen FFL Class III dealer.

STEP FOUR:
Once we receive approval from the BATFE we ship the suppressor(s) to your FFL Class III dealer (takes 3 to 30 days on average for this approval).  We do use the BATFE e-file system.

STEP FIVE:
Your dealer will contact you once they receive your suppressor and they help you complete and submit the BATFE paperwork, including paying the required $200 Tax Stamp.
Once your dealer receives the BATFE approval (takes approximately 2-4 months if you file fully electronically) you go in and pick up your silencer at your local FFL dealer. Then you get to enjoy some quiet shooting ;)
